The American Consulate in Hermosillo is available and very willing to
assist any Americans living or visiting Mexico who are experiencing
problems.
Charlene Robinson is very helpful in explaining the consulate's role in assisting those with problems.
They ARE able to help in most matters, mostly at a state level.
