Death by drugs?





Just after I finished a special document regarding the
“not clean at all” businesses made by Catalina Ordaz de Evatt against a good number of Americans, I was
informed of the arrival of Mr. Jon Mellon to San Carlos with the purpose of
going to his property in the building named Condominios Villas Sirenas, on this
occasion he was in the company of Óscar Swanky, Larry Hall and Carl Rey, all of
them legitimate owners of condos at such place …


The situation that happened is that even after
presenting the documents to prove legal ownership, the guards present at the
building under the orders of the conflictive woman simply refused to allow them
into the building without providing any explanation,


The Notary Public Sr. Miguel Salas Mariscal was taking
notes of the situation, present as a witness was also a known political party
leader Mr. Alberto Albín Cubillas…As you may expect, the reaction of the
foreigners was not precisely one of kind words, it was totally the opposite, they
were frustrated, after being denied access to their property and there was not
a single authority present there to help them, negative comments were
immediately made regarding the lack of justice in Sonora …Mr. Óscar Swanky told
me he was very upset, there was an evident indifference with justice to end the
impunity that Catalina Ordaz de Evatt currently enjoys, there is nothing left
to do but to go back to the United States, from where they would start an
intense campaign to inform the public about the problem they now face, indicating
that it shouldn’t be beneficial for the image and prestige of San Carlos and
the State of Sonora, to be totally offended by the fraudulent actions made by
several white collar delinquents, and most fraudulent actions have been invariably
made against foreigners, who had trusted our laws, those who decided to risk
their fortunes here, just to find themselves later the victims of theft …Mrs.
Ordaz de Evatt, also known as Lady Catalina de Ordaz y Aguiar, aka Emperatriz
de Siete Suelas, never showed up on this occasion, to be face to face with Mr.
Mellon and the other people present there, Same thing with her attorney Sr.
Alán Jaramillo who was never present either, she only gave orders by radio and
telephone to her guards, who followed her orders in a strict form and they formed
an impenetrable barrier to prevent the Americans from entering the building,


The Americans in the end decided to leave the place,
complaining and cursing as they left,


No matter what was said, the Americans were absolutely
right, since it is evident that on this issue something stinks, quoting a
common saying from the local radio spokesperson Mr. Alejandro Ramírez Cisneros,
“something just doesn’t add up”…Especially when we know that the social
representation and the persons in charge of enforcing justice in the State of
Sonora, and everything regarding the different dirty actions performed by Mrs.
Catalina Ordaz de Evatt, so far we haven’t even heard of any action made by the
authorities against Catalina Ordaz, which establishes the certainty of an
official directive to grant her impunity, while a good number of affected
foreigners are looking for ways to save their investments …On the other hand,
it was interesting to know about a group of persons who wanted to defend a
nursery located in Villa de Seris in Hermosillo, they were immediately arrested
with no considerations by the police, in an very effective action by the
authorities, while in the case of San Carlos and Mrs. Ordaz de Evatt, such
effective actions simply do not exist, You do not see that type of action
either when it is about bringing an influent person to justice, someone who has
influence on the state government …Therefore, Mr. Jon Mellen and his associates
will try to make their rights valid even through an interview with members of
the Commission Sonora-Arizona, to prove with evidence, that in Sonora and
specially in San Carlos, these are places where the law is not properly applied,
this can be corroborated by attorneys from the Federal District (Distrito
Federal), Guadalajara, Sinaloa, Hermosillo, Chiapas and even from Guaymas, these
attorneys can confirm that up to this date they have failed on their attempts
to make Mrs. Ordaz de Evatt the object of a quick and timely investigation,
that would allow them to know whether she is guilty or not of the crimes that
she has allegedly committed …Now that we are talking about the name Ordaz
Aguiar, it is not surprising the news about an ambitious project with the
intention of making a new boulevard with an investment of 35 million pesos to
cover an area by the Tular known these days as Boulevard Encinas, according to
our sources, the properties that will have a benefit with such project belong
(most of them) to Mr. José Ordaz y Aguiar, aka Barón de Cien Hectáreas, who
acquired great extensions of land on that area through actions that can not be
considered as clean actions, according to the people who know the history on
such property …Now the only thing we know is that once such project is built that
it will increase the commercial value on the properties of that area . There
may be someone who baptizes such boulevard with the name of Alí-Baba, since we
already have roads to honor the names of Luis Encinas, Carlos Romero de Champú,
Ricardo Aldana, Faustino Félix Serna, Felipe Bárcenas, etc., so it will not be
strange to find that they have name it Alí-Baba, even if Alí-Baba was a burglar
he was nothing compared to the modern heroes from Guaymas…


I was honestly shocked to learn that the First
Official of the Municipal Police, Marco Antonio Márquez Romero, has been sent
to Pótam, not only without travel expenses, but also, to be under the orders of
a Sub-official, precisely after arresting a known urban vulture named Mario
Rascón, who was carrying several packages of cocaine, which was evidence enough
to send him directly to prison …I’ve known Marco Antonio for many years, and I
know that he is a respectable cop, ironically, instead of being the subject of
recognition by his superiors, he was sent to Pótam, a place considered as
punishment among the police force, something very difficult to explain, specially
now that there’s so much talk about the battle against drug trafficking on the
urban area, now it happens to be that when a cop is doing his duty he will be
the object of official punishment, meanwhile the vulture simply walks the
streets of the city …Something curious about this matter is that Mario Rascón, is
the son of Mrs. Elvira Rascón, who is in turn the sister of Irma Rascón, who is
the leader of neighborhood for the PRI political party in Punta de Arena, where
the son of this woman, Luis, is also a character in the commerce of drugs, according
to a neighbor of that area …I hope Marco Antonio Romero Márquez gets the
respect that he deserves for being an honest cop, it is not fair what happened
to him, who knows what are the reasons behind. Unless that by doing your duty
is considered a lack of discipline by the municipal authorities …


The death of Raúl Ortega Maldonado and Roberto
Enríquez Martínez Vielledent in Tucson, apparently killed by two
subjects that have not been officially identified, leaves a trail of doubts and
speculations, almost all of them pointing towards the trafficking of drugs. Especially
now that the newspaper Arizona Daily Star made a publication based on the
declarations of Orlando Ulloa Escalante, who was wounded when he was driving a
luxurious BMW vehicle on the streets of Tucson…Although, in order to be able to
expand on the topic, we would have to know for a fact the motive of the crimes,
and logically who were the ones that pulled the trigger. Nevertheless, just
between you and I, I don’t buy the story that the alleged murderers were simply
vehicle businessmen (car dealers), it appears that the assigned investigators
didn’t believe that either …


Catalina de Ordaz liked something about the building
where I work, she has been taking pictures of our office, perhaps she liked the
figure of Fernando Villa Escárciga, to install a poster size of it in the
living room of her palace …See you soon.

Just finished reading the hilarious article by the wannabe journalist Zurdo Rodriguez, and I am still laughing out loud. I love humor, it's very entertaining, so please keep 'em coming. Facts be damned, it's the yuks that count.

Now, to cut through all the b.s., let's ask a few SERIOUS questions:

1) How much money have the condo "owners" paid for their condos?

2) Who did they pay? Answer: JOHN MELLEN

3) Why did Mellen put the money into his account in the United States, rather than in the company account in Mexico? After all, the project is in Mexico, and the law requires the deposits be made into the company account in MEXICO!

Of course, Mellen is running scared, because he has to pay back Larry, the real investor behind Mellen. Mellen is still telling lies to his victims, the people he sold condos to. The titles that he provided were full of mistakes, and violations of the law. I found this out, because one of my friends is one of the victims.

Ask Mellen. He has the money. He put it into his account in the U.S., a serious violation of the law, which he will have to answer for.
