That's the same one that you had posted earlier and that I brought up on Viva. You have no doubt read most of my posts on this subject, so you know that I was asking about anything additional to support this evidence. The article doesn't say that anyone was ever found guilty of a crime, so if there is evidence of a judgement or a settlement, it would be helpful to show that. My read on your posts is that you claim this is an ongoing problem. and if that is the case, it would be very helpful to document that, too.

Because so many of the posts, on this subject, are signed with different names. it's hard to know who to attribute them to, so I'll just address this to a collective you, and let you sort it out. I admire your persistance in finding a place for your board. It's also a tribute to the free and democratic nature of the web. I think it's thoughtfully structured and easy to use. It allows for full anonimity for those who want it.

I think the persistence shown, is an indication of the depth of emotions that this crusade holds for you. You used those emotions well when you persisted, but I would say that your cause is better served when you don't go out of your way to alienate people. There would also be many more people taking advantage of a place of free expression if it were also a place free of threats.

If what you allege is true, and you are able to prove it, that proof would be more powerful than anything you can say on your own.
