But don't get taken in by feeble excuses and silent responses.

THEY WAS EVICTED plain and simple..

Use you brains, you dont put out a plea to get help moving your goods and equipment so quickly unless you have an early warning system telling you something is going down!!

Why and how would someone loose the equipment and belongings so quickly?

Because of a non paid debt.

Is this a Sudden action or a final one.

Its a final solution, normally you get 2 or 3 prior notices and a time line to settle or face action etc!!!
So the quick plea was because they ignored the previous notices.

JC is portrayed as being a good guy and an up right member of San Carlos. Truth is hes a Criminal and hiding out in Mexico because he cant go back to the US or he goes to jail for a long time. He doesn't like Jail hes been there a couple of times!!! Ask him about copper wire and tax evasion, Then ask him why he took Mexican citizenship?

Hes a con who got caught and now hes on the run from his own kind!

This just shows and proves he was evicted Its nice to know there is some justice even in Mexico's corupt system.




JC'S PUBLIC SALE OF EQUIPMENT AND FOOD STUFF

The contents of JC's Restaurant will be on Sale this coming Friday Saturday and Sunday and the sale will be open to the public.

DIRECTIONS:
Go down Serdan past the downtown area to 29th Street. Turn left. Go two blocks to 15th Avenue and turn left. The sale is on the corner in a concrete warehouse. Look for the signs.

So they're in debt and not just a months rent a whole lots of months all tied together with a final notice... They were foreclosed on and need to pay off the creditors. Plain and simple they was evicted and no they wont be starting another food poisoning business....



Larry will be selling everything that was in the restaurant Friday and Saturday at 10:00 am

The sale will be at a warehouse building on the corner of 29th Street and 15th Avenue in Guaymas.

DIRECTIONS:
Go down Serdan, when you get to 20th street start counting streets on your left till 29th. (it is not marked) Turn left at 29th and go two blocks and turn left. There is a blue cement block building on your left covered in grafiti. It has large metal doors. Look for the sign that says: JC'S.
