Ya’ll behave worse than a bunch of outta control teenagers!! Enough is enough awready!! Calling each other the lowest of “low lifes” doesn’t accomplish a damn thing!! Like I said before, it isn’t funny!! What it is, is COUNTERPODUCTIVE to informing the interested public of the problems:

1. Kathy James and the KTVK “investigative report: Ms. James paid a down payment on a Caracol Peninsula house. She went one year and three months without making a payment. The owner gave her every possible chance to bring her payments current. She refused claiming to not have any money. The owner asked her to vacate the house. She did so voluntarily, signing her intentions before a Guaymas Notario. She then trashed the house and fled. The owner came in and did the necessary repairs. Catalina Ordaz had absolutely nothing to do with this up to this point. At his point, the owner listed the house with Catalina Ordaz, Snowbird Realty. They did their job, selling the house to a willing buyer. End of story. The only fraud was Kathy James’ which she mitigated by signing the house back over to the owner carrying the paper. Epilogue: KTVK promised a retraction and a visit to San Carlos to do a true investigative report. Has anyone seen either?
2. The Villas Sirenas condos: John Mellon and Catalina Ordaz formed a Mexican corporation. That Mexican corporation, Villas Sirenas, S.A. de C.V., is owned by both of them. Mellon claims to have sold some nine or ten condos to Arizona investors. These investors claim to have paid Mellon making out checks to a “Villas Sirenas” account in Phoenix. Notice the similarity of the names. The U.S. investors didn’t, and I don’t think would know the difference. In Mexico as in the U.S., all income and disbursements from a duly constituted corporation must go before the corporate Certified Public Accountant, the CPA. The fact here is that none of these supposed down payments, or as some claim, payment in full, ever came before the Mexican CPA. In our country this is called “embezzlement”. In Mexico it is called “desfalco”. John Mellon, where’s the dough? You gotta tell the IRS what you did with that dough!
These are the facts. Anyone can put any spin they want on it, but these are the facts. Now everyone just stop the childish name calling.

Que te pasa, deja el odio a un lado y ve las cosas con logica, ya te involucro la vieja tranza de la James.

Cuando alguien pierde un caso legalmente y se queda enojado y muy frustrado, aparte de amargado, no tiene otra cosa que hacer y se dedican a difamar como la Señora Susan Canalé y seguido de esto utilizan a los reporteros como al Zurdo para hacer daño de una u otra forma.
Legalmente no ganaron el caso, y aparte Susan Canalé tiene demandas en su contra en E.U.A.
Por eso en México ha llegado a difamar, hostigar y decir tantas mentiras, porque pensó que al llegar a México podía hacer lo que le pegara la gana, como muchos que piensan que pueden sacar ventaja de los Mexicanos, también existen Mexicanos malinchistas muertos de hambre que con tal de sacar una nota, no les importa ni el respeto, aparte que no tienen idea de la ética y moral.
Aquí existen leyes y se respetan, en cualquier lugar del mundo siempre van a existir las diferencias, pero para eso están los abogados y las leyes que nos rigen.
La gringa es una enfermera que ilegalmente trabajaba en México, los otros son del PRD… Un partido que en la Ciudad de México solo ha provocado la división de nuestro país y la discordia.
Están inventando cuentos llenos de mentiras y de muy mal gusto en contra de muchos de nuestros empresarios en Sonora.
