He is an American from Salinas California who has been practicing in Guaymas for several years. His wif and staff are Mexican and everyone I met spoke English.

There is a professional Chiropractor here in town on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 A.M. until about 2:00 P.M. or so...At the San Carlos Wellness Center ...First building behind Sagitarious Gift shop...She is a gentle person for older brittle bones...I have been to her many times and am always happy...Phone 226-1393 ...Larry...

For a chiropractor Amada at the SC Wellness Center is a great practitioner. Acupuncturist are not MD's but considered physicians. A physician is defined as a person licensed to practice medicine.

Acupuncturists in the US are licensed to practice medicine and have a minimum of as Masters Degree and have to pass the medical boards. Several years ago acupuncturists have had the opportunity to further their education and receive a Phd. So the above post is not totally correct an Acupuncturist is a physician and many are doctors.

A little more clarification:

There are many MD's and Chiropractors that practice acupuncture. For the most part they are not LICENSED Acupuncturists. They have a minimum amount of education in the field and it is actually against the law for them to say they are "licensed' acupuncturists, they are "CERTIFIED" Acupuncturists.
