hey can you tell me why the taco place name Pipes by Juan Carlos Osuna Zatarain Owned, every day the cars park on doubble line EVERYDAY!!!!???? on this block??? and the polcie car come and the polcie officers have breakfast every day on that taco place?? whit out give a ticket??? it is not against the law???
