Wrong is that person who does not have the necessary
capacity to disconnect the brain from his feet, since one not only think of
someone who is shortsighted, or an unstable person incapable of acting or performing
with the proper congruity …Such is the case of Mr. Chemical Engineer José Ordaz
Aguiar, businessman of the construction, union leader, Official of the City of Guaymas
and God knows how many other things, Mr. Ordaz who perhaps overwhelmed because
of the number of circumstances that are currently affecting him, has not been
able to operate with any strategy that might help him protect himself of the
wrath caused by his own actions, under the protection of an unexplained
impunity, and he seems to be running out of such protection, therefore being
under the risk of paying the consequences at any given time …Mr. Ordaz Aguiar must
be sensing something, that caused him to use the XEBQ radio on February 28, to
throw all the accusations he could think of against me, he called me a drug
dealer, drug addict, protector of foreign ladies whose home business is the
commerce of drugs in San Carlos, he also called me a low person, indecent, extortionist
and a bunch of other offensive names, supported on such effect by his sister
Catalina Ordaz de Evatt and her particular criteria…
Like a couple of rabid dogs, brother and sister were
trying by all means to convince the public opinion that they were defending
their honorability against the insults and false statements made by me, but
they didn’t realize that somehow they were spitting towards the sky, to end up
with their own faces full of spit, since all of their declarations and
indications are the product of their disgusting minds, and they don’t grasp the
legal consequences they could be subjected to in the event I decided to file a
penal lawsuit, which I will not do for the simple reason that I don’t have the
economic resources to do so, considering that the only thing I would get is the
decision of a Judge who will force such pair of snakes to apologize in public,
and perhaps an insignificant fine that will not affect their immense fortunes
that they currently enjoy, just in the case of Lady Catalina, she claims her
fortune is over thirty million dollars …When Mr. José de Ordaz y Aguiar, Baron
of the One Hundred Hectares realized that his offensive statements on the radio
did not have the desired effect, he had the “great idea” of using his cheap
Official powers as an officer of the City to send a letter dated March 5, with
the number 03/03/08 including even the official stamp of the City of Guaymas, to
Ms. Selma Lizett Terrazas Mora, editor of Sin Límite Avante, on such letter he
was demanding to censor my work, where according to him I let myself be carried
away by my indecent type of writing, which only comes from a sick mind and the
product of my frustrations …To begin with, Mr. Conde De Ordaz y Aguiar was
totally out of line, since his expressions are not a reply but he once again
incurs in foul language and false statements and defamation (everything is the
same) in order to avoid a response for the actions that such city official has
made, actions made by both: him and his sister Lady Catalina, regarding
corporate activities for so many years, in both; San Carlos and Guaymas, where
there are plenty of suspicions on frauds, thefts, invasion of other people’s
properties and an extensive etcetera that includes the sale of properties in
the area of Guaymas, and Mr. Ordaz refused to deliver the title documents of
such properties to more than a few of his buyers who bought only the illusion
of such properties…They do not explain in a satisfactory way about their
participation in the association of investors that operates the Hotel Fiesta
San Carlos and the Condominiums Villa Sirena, which are currently under dispute,
with the American investor Jon Mellen, who according to sources Lady Catalina is
claiming from him the amount of six million dollars in order to terminate the
association, when her only contribution was the lot where such condominium
buildings are located, one of such buildings still an unfinished construction
thanks to the conflict they now have…For reasons of time and the deadline I had
to deliver this column, I can not list the total number of litigations that
Lady Catalina is currently involved in, but it is almost a fact that on the
next number of this publication (if the Terrazas do not take away my space) I
will publish with all the details the peculiar way they do business, although
surely the following names may sound familiar: Smith, Tylen, Brown and others
that for now I keep to myself but will soon make public, because that way we’ll
be able to confirm a lot of questions …Now, according to Mr. Conde De Ordaz y
Aguiar, Baron of the One Hundred Hectares, in Guaymas everybody knows me, which
is not true, because at the most a ten percent of the citizens know who is
ZURDO RODRÍGUEZ, with the exception that in my case no one can accuse me of being
a swindler, or accuse me of taking possession of properties that do not belong
to me, and they can not accuse me of being an extortionist, drug dealer or drug
addict, and specially, they can not accuse me of being some type of chief of a
small cartel in San Carlos, as they have now said, but on the other hand, when
it is about this couple of supposedly white doves, we would have to hear the
opinion that hundreds of persons have about them, something tells me that it
will not be something to be proud about, considering that the Ordaz Aguiar do
not precisely smell like roses or Channel 5, I’ll bet double to single…Actually,
to get this over with, I challenge them to a public hearing, to both: Mr. Conde
De Ordaz y Aguiar, Baron of the Hundred Hectares and Lady Catalina, so that we
can have a debate at the Tres Presidentes square, with the presence of the
media and anybody who wants to attend, and be able to interchange comments,
accusations, indications, inquire about each other’s actions and anything they
like, with the purpose of discussing what is known about me and what is said and
believed about them, with the compromise that if the outcome is negative for me
I would leave the region forever, but in the other hand if the outcome of such
debate is negative for them, then they would be the ones to leave and will not
come back. Of course, as long as they say in their case where it is that they
will be heading, just to make sure that the penal, civil and labor authorities
don’t lose track of their whereabouts, because there isn’t the slightest doubt
that they will be required to appear before such authorities at the proper time
…In that regard, when I asked an attorney, who is an expert on penal matters, he
said that when they incur on certain crimes on more than three occasions, it is
then considered as the actions of organized crime, but if you observe with
clarity regarding the traffic of influences, on this case, through under the
table agreements between presumed delinquents and characters from the
government world, and when it is about Lady Catalina, one could well think
about her association with the legal consultant of the State Government, former
Justice Procurator (Procurador de Justicia) and also former Mayor of Nogales, Mr.
Wenceslao Cota Montoya, as well as Mr. Francisco Jiménez Fox, current
commissioned judge somewhere North of Sonora, and former attorney for Lady
Catalina, which is something totally true, as we wrote about this on the
previous edition, by presenting a true copy of the basic part of a title
document certified by a notary public …Certainly there are in Guaymas, Sonora and
in the country, those named white collar delinquents, as well as corrupt
politicians who under the protection of their power they protect that type of
vultures, therefore impunity is not a strange thing for no one, as it happens
to be that even these days the Mexican justice in many cases is only dead
letters, up to a point that it would be valid to say the Indian is not guilty,
only the one who made him compadre. Meaning, if the law were to be followed in
a timely form, most of the two legged rats roaming the country, Sonora and San
Carlos of course, would not dare to do their dirty tricks or, they would be
having their own space in prison, but between you and I all the prisons would
not be enough …But no, in our state there are plenty of cases where it is
apparent the lack of investigation or justice, especially when it comes to
“pedigree” names, it is something that has already gone beyond our borders, where
more than a few claim that to invest in San Carlos is to run grave risks of
swindling, curiously appearing on the list of presumed swindlers, persons with
the name of Ordaz Aguiar, even that way, they enjoy up to these days of an
aberrant impunity, despite the number of litigations they now face, and the
total of such litigations with a lot of evidence against them, which at the end
get stalled in the tribunals, virtually sleeping the sleep not of the just but
of the sleep of the unjust …That’s the way things are, in my case, I have never
been subjected to a Court to make a response to any type of accusations of
fraud, theft, invasion of private property, damage to the ecology, “made up”
labor issues, etcetera, it is something that we can not say about the Ordaz
Aguiar, frequent clients of social representatives and judges, they are
frequent clients to a point that they even get calendars and agendas in
December for free from such agencies (a Mexican tradition when somebody is a
frequent client at any store, they get calendars in December) …Regarding how I
left the newspaper La Voz del Puerto, it is enough to
say that such newspaper was an invention of mine, it was created thanks to the
generosity of the banker Arcadio Valenzuela, who was the general director of
the bank Ganadero y Agrícola, in the year 1974, he granted me a credit to
initiate this in Guaymas and then I left the direction, the cause for this was
the product of treason of two ungrateful persons that were actually feeding off
my hand and then they bit me, and also due to a low action/treason from the
Félix clan, directed by the former governor/murderer, Faustino Félix Serna, whose
name was wrongly given to a boulevard recently made in Guaymas, something very
common in this Mexican world where it is a tradition to honor the memory of
names from persons of no moral principles and even less honorable history …When
someone brags about making thirty million dollars in thirty years of work, it
means that the little angel was able to make a million per year, free from tax or dust, and a little
bit over eighty thousand green dollar bills per month, something that has been
surely registered by the SHCP, where you have to religiously pay taxes, in
order to prevent the incurrence of fiscal crimes, that is the reason why I make
a public recognition and admiration for Lady Catalina, who according to her
statements she has such fortune, it can not even be compared to my fortune, and
Mr. Conde De Ordaz y Aguiar is investigating my fortune to denounce me, although
he could not explain why he called me a frustrated person, bitter person and
envious person, because according to him I’m a poor bastard who has not
accomplished anything great financially speaking, and now he is claiming
totally the opposite, perhaps because at first he thought that I was a poor
imitation of a drug dealer, and now he sees me as the master of the Cartel of
San Carlos…It is here where perhaps the one with delusional mind is him instead
of me, it would be a good idea for both of us to subject ourselves to a
psychiatric exam, it may be the case that I’m on the same situation and haven’t
realized of such fact …In summary; it is not through nonsense and accusations
without solid foundation the way the Ordaz Aguiar will refute what is being
said about them on different issues, and it will not be by paying addicted communicators
who will follow their game, because the correct thing to do is to present clear
and honest evidence (I don’t know whether they know the meaning of such term) that
will clear their names from the sea of mud that surrounds them, it is the reason
why I insist on my invitation for them to a public debate, to see who can
really prove the truth, and I grant them the opportunity to pick up the place,
date and time, preferably like I said at the Plaza de Los Tres Presidentes or
somewhere in San Carlos, where they claimed to be much loved and admired by all
…Last question, Why has Lady Catalina filed three different amparos
(protections) on February 28 and against the actions of what authorities? It is
my understanding that only the persons who are afraid of something will seek an
amparo …Right my Lady?...See you soon.
