Villas Sirenas-Ordaz trying to take possession 2202081-3Un conflicto entre empresarios, uno local y otro norteamericano, pone en serio predicamento la estabilidad de San Carlos
El conflicto entre inversionistas, está provocando un serio problema en
San Carlos, la diferencia entre Catalina Ordaz Aguiar y el
norteamericano Jon Mellen, dejó a 15 norteamericanos sin disfrutar de
sus respectivos condominios.

La amenaza de los afectados con crear una campaña de desprestigio
contra San Carlos, si no se soluciona su problema, mantiene una
atmósfera de intranquilidad a las autoridades municipales y estatales.

Desde el año pasado, la obra está detenida y enfrenta un juicio en
tribunales entre la empresaria Catalina Ordaz Aguiar y el
norteamericano Jon Mellen.

Sin embargo, el conflicto se agravó al exigir los dueños de los
condominios que los dejen ocupar el espacio que compraron en 500 mil
dólares.

Algunos han denunciado que la empresaria mandó cortar la luz para evitar que entraran a los condominios.

Los compradores expusieron frente al gobernador del Estado, Eduardo
Bours Castelo, el conflicto y ante el director de Desarrollo Económico
y Turístico de Guaymas, Walter De Cima Pérez, amenazaron con emprender
una campaña de desprestigio contra San Carlos.

El conflicto ha tomado tal magnitud que las autoridades municipales y
estatales están preocupados porque puede verse afectada la imagen de un
destino turístico que apenas está despegando.

El director de Desarrollo Económico y Turístico del Ayuntamiento de
Guaymas, dijo que están viendo cuál es el “meollo” del asunto.

“En este conflicto hay dos versiones que son encontradas pero tenemos que conocer las dos”, dijo el funcionario.

De Cima Pérez sostuvo que les preocupa la situación porque puede
afectar a este destino turístico.
Dijo que el gobierno municipal está haciendo las indagaciones que se
requieren para poder tener toda la información que necesitan sobre este
conflicto.

Aceptó que los dueños de los condominios vendidos por el norteamericano
Jon Mellen, estuvieron en su oficina para exponer la queja de que no
los dejaban entrar a sus condominios.

“Pidieron asesoría y si están muy molestos”, dijo el funcionario municipal.

Guaymas, said they are seeing what is the "core" of the case.

"In this conflict, there are two versions that are found but we need to know both," said the official.

From Cima Perez said they worried about the situation because this may
affect tourist destination. He said that the municipal government is
making inquiries that are required in order to have all the information
they need on this conflict.

He accepted that the owners of
the condominiums sold by the American Jon Mellen, went to his office to
present the complaint that not allowed to enter their condos.

"They asked advice and if they are very annoying," said the city official.
