This building is located on lot #3 of the subdivision. Immediately after passing the pink building, there is an access road, 40 year public easement, to the Caracol Turistico side of La Posada beach.
This access road is command point for the Mexican Federal Army when it is declared a national emergency area - as was the case of the last hurricane.
In addition the water company uses this access road to accesss one its pumps. Also, it is used by contiguous residents for access to the rear of their properties. Most traffic is by local Mexican beach enthusiasts over the last 40 years.
The pink apt/condo is located on Lot #3, Caracol Turistico.
